Peaky Blinders star Kate Phillips returns as Miss Eliza Scarlet in the sixth series of the smart Victorian period drama.

When we catch up with Eliza, she is enjoying the success of her thriving business, but struggling with matters of the heart as she attempts to develop her relationship with Inspector Alexander Blake (Tom Durant-Pritchard).

In the series opener, the pair are on the trail of a violent psychiatric patient as they battle to solve a murder where the identity of the victim is unknown.

There's a very funny lineup on the menu as comedians Tom Davies, Roisin Conaty, Judi Love, Rose Matafeo, Joe Wilkinson and Jon Richardson return to the Bake Off tent trying to impress Paul Hollywood and new judge Cherish Finden from Bake Off: The Professionals.
