A DRIVER who left a woman with horrific injuries after mowing her down while sending a message about his dinner has been jailed.
Thomas Worthington, 40, was using WhatsApp when he ploughed into Emma Pryor, who was on a zebra crossing with her dog.
The 42-year-old mum-of-one was left with multiple fractures and a bleed on the brain.
