Has Robson gone rogue?

SORRY if this sounds daft, but I can’t quite get my head around the idea of Robson Green being a bad guy.

I don’t mean a bad guy for real, obviously (come on, he’s Robson Green, for heaven’s sake), but a bad guy in 5’s new thriller THE GAME, which starts tonight (9pm).

We'll have to suspend our disbelief, however, and consider that a possibility, at least if we're to commit to this thing over the next four nights.

It’s certainly what Jason Watkins suspects.

Watkins plays a detective, DI Huw Someone-or-Other, who’s just taken early retirement, still haunted by a case he never managed to solve.

It’s the case of the Ripton Stalker, no less, and over the years it’s clearly sent him mildly doolally.
