Ex-president fires warning
JOE Biden has launched a scathing attack on Donald Trump, accusing the president of “appeasement” towards Russia.
In his first interview since leaving the White House in January, the former US leader discussed his successor’s stance on the war in Ukraine.
Speaking to BBC Radio 4’s Today programme, after apparently snub-bing US broadcasters, he said: “He [Vladimir Putin] believes it [Russia] has historical rights to Ukraine.”
