Rowling rips into Sturgeon’s memoirs

JK ROWLING has penned a scathing review of Nicola Sturgeon’s Frankly memoir, slamming the former First Minister’s failure in public office and “Trumpian” account of political events.

The Harry Potter author tore into Ms Sturgeon over her “stubborn” attachment to her controversial gender reform bill and inability to admit to mistakes while in charge of the nation.

In a 2,800-word expletive-laden post, she slammed Ms Sturgeon for failing to mention delays to CalMac ferries, record drug deaths and the deletion of WhatsApp texts by government ministers during the pandemic.

The women’s rights campaigner wrote: “She [Sturgeon] remains stubbornly wedded to her belief that it is possible to let some men into women’s spaces on the men’s say so, without letting any man who fancies it come inside.
