IF YOU'RE not familiar with THE FORTUNE HOTEL, the game show that returns tonight (ITV1, 9pm), rest assured it's perfectly simple.

Eleven pairs of Brits - some of whom are related, some of whom are friends, some of whom are colleagues, several of whom are quite annoying - are flown to Grenada to undertake a series of challenges, although one of those pairs won't be able to, for reasons you'll discover if you watch the programme, which on balance I still think you should.

Greeting them at the airport is Stephen Mangan, that funny fellow who presents Artist Of The Year on the reasonably popular free-to-air channel Sky Arts.

Stephen will ask each pair to pick a briefcase.
