FROM Wilmslow to Warrington, Cheshire is brimming with female-led brilliance and this year’s Enterprise Vision ‘Awards finalists are living proof.

Whether they’re building brands, supporting communities, scaling fast-growth businesses or shaking up their sectors, these women are putting Cheshire on the map for innovation, impact and inspiration.

The Enterprise Vision Awards (EVAS), the UK’s largest celebration of women in business, are proud to announce the 2025 finalists.

Now in their 14th year, the EVAS continue to shine a light on the innovators, trailblazers and change-makers who are driving UK enterprise forward. This year, 144 exceptional women have made it through to the finals - representing every corner of Great Britain and an inspiring cross-section of industries, from social enterprise to manufacturing, fashion to tech.

These women aren’t just building businesses - they’re breaking barriers, creating opportunity and raising the aspirations of the next generation. They are relatable role models with real stories of grit, ambition and impact who are encouraging more women to start their own business.

Seventeen finalists from Cheshire represent a vibrant cross-section of industries and a shared commitment to excellence, purpose, and progress.

Among them are health pioneers leading the way in women’s wellbeing, sustainability champions transforming outdoor spaces and trailblazing entrepreneurs delivering bold ideas on a national and global stage.
