Children's home plans approved despite concerns

A HOUSE in Runcorn is set to be turned into a children’s home despite concerns over its location by the local parish council.
Dereham Way in Runcorn
Halton Council's planners have backed an application for the change of use of a four bedroom property on Dereham Way.
The decision paves the way for the establishment of a home for up to three children along with staff.
A total of 14 objections had been received and Sandymoore Parish Council, while not object-ingin principle, said it had concerns over the location.
