POLICE have issued a warning and increased patrols after a series of incidents in which e-bike riders were targeted across Burnley and Rossendale.
Four separate incidents have been reported over the past two months, with riders either knocked from their bikes or, in one case, confronted inside their own home.
The first incident happened at 1.24pm on November 27 on Brownside Road in Burnley, where a Volkswagen Passat was reportedly used to knock a rider off his e-bike before suspects made off with it.
