LITTLEBOROUGH Brass Band enjoyed a successful evening at this year’s Whit Friday Brass Band Contests, winning four 4th Section prizes in the annual popular brass band march contests in Saddleworth.

Joined by players from another of the organisation’s bands, Boro’ Brass, the band performed at several Saddleworth villages, entertaining the crowds on the streets with a specially arranged Whit Friday March version of Pitbull’s “Timber”, with the band swapping their usual uniform for cowboy hat
