The speed of breeding poverty remains always higher

When we got independence, number of poor people was on the higher siede and we have noted that one poor family had been breeding two poor families in a generation.
And because of this higher speed, today about two-third population of this country has turned poor. We gqve so many reservations, concesions free supplies, but these are only first aid measures and cound not reduce number of poor and it continued rising and still speed is out of control.
