Minimorphosis – guiding children, empowering parents

YUGASHANI Pragasan, founder of Minimorphosis, an educational consultancy and parental coaching business, describes her journey as one deeply rooted in her love for child development and education.

“I've always been passionate about helping children reach their full potential,” she explains. “My journey has taken me from early childhood development into life coaching; and along the way I’ve explored and studied approaches such as Montessori teaching, youth development and the art of positive parenting. Currently, I’m building further expertise in neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).”

Raised in Phoenix, KwaZulu-Natal, her passion grew from experiences both in South Africa and abroad — each shaping her understanding of education and parenting. Today, those influences form the foundation of Minimorphosis, where her goal is to empower both parents and children to thrive.

‘Behind God’s Back’: the swami and the sea

TO WRITE the biographies of activists rendered citizenless on the margins of empire is incredibly difficult. They often do not make the newspapers of the time, and when they do, it is in ways that caricature or vilify them. But sometimes one gets lucky and a world of diaries or contemporaneous notes is opened up.
