Another is to write about it and share those experiences with others who may benefit.Ruanda Snyman has lived through life-changing events, including a serious accident that nearly claimed her life. She was also left at the scene by first responders, an experience that deepened the emotional impact of the ordeal. These events left her with trauma, she said, and something she now uses to help others.
