The province's top sport stars were celebrated at an awards ceremony held at The Ranch Resort on Saturday.

Hosted by the Department of Sport, the event brought together athletes, coaches, administrators and key stakeholders from across the province to honour dedication, achievement and excellence in sport.According to the department, the ceremony reaffirmed government's commitment to recognising sport as a vital tool for social cohesion, youth development and nationbuilding.
