PKC making progress on multi-storey revamp
Perthshire Advertiser
|December 30, 2025
Significant progress is being made on a major improvement programme at Pomarium multi-storey flats in Perth, with work running slightly ahead of schedule, the council have confirmed.
The essential upgrade project forms part of Perth and Kinross Council's wider programme of structural maintenance across all council-owned multi-storey blocks in Perth.
The works will ensure the buildings remain wind and watertight, warm, damp-free, and secure - extending the life of the blocks so they can continue providing quality homes for local residents for years to come.
The programme includes extensive internal and external improvements to the multi-storey blocks at Pomarium, Market, Milne, Lickley and Potterhill Courts.
