Perth partnership will tackle student hardship

UHI and volunteer group team up for The Big Project

A Perth initiative to tackle student hardship has been boosted through a collaboration with a community wellbeing charity.

Perth UHI has joined forces with Perth and Kinross Association of Voluntary Service (PKAVS).

Perth UHI has been operating the staff-led initiative The Big Project which provides essentials, while PKAVS' Big Hoose Project helps individuals and families across the region.

The collaboration is aimed at easing the pressures of the ongoing cost-of-living crisis.
