Work to begin on new homes

Housing project An artist impression of the how the new development at Row Avenue, Braehead could look once completed

Work on a new £14 million affordable housing development in Renfrewshire will begin in the first part of next year.

Sanctuary Scotland is to construct 57 homes at Row Avenue in Braehead as part of the answer to the nation’s housing emergency.

The project - which has received £2m in Scottish Government funding - will feature two and three-bedroom properties as well as one and two-bedroom apartments.
