The vulnerable must be protected

Money is tight but that doesn’t mean that compassion should be in short supply.
Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) have a multi-million black hole they have to deal with and, while I don’t want to reduce this to party politics, it is due to SNP cuts.
It makes Anas Sarwar's campaign to cut waste and bureaucracy out of health and social care so that more cash is spent on frontline services all the more important.
‘That said, I will work with anyone and everyone to protect the most vulnerable in our communities who rely on these vital services which are at risk.
I will be raising the cuts with the First Minister John Swinney in the hope we can find away of working together to avoid as much of the pain as we can.
We are talking about services for people with learning and physical disabilities.
Our neighbours with autism. Help our older and younger adults rely on.
