Reflecting on busy year gone by

And so another Christmas has been and gone.

I hope that you, along with your family and friends, had a peaceful and happy Christmas Day.

As we approach Hogmanay, I’m sure, like me, you'll be reflecting on the year that you have had and what you wish for in 2026.

Throughout the year, I've enjoyed promoting the fantastic achievements of local people and organisations whilst also engaging with constituents who are struggling with the cost of living, NHS waiting lists or housing problems.

I have offered them support and put them in touch with organisations who can offer specialist advice.

I want to reiterate my offer of support now, and in 2026, and to say to anyone who needs help, please get in touch with my office.
