Public will have a say on council's services

The views of residents across Renfrewshire are being sought in a bid to discover the services which matter most to them.

The survey is being conducted by Renfrewshire Council who are keen for answers on what the area is like as a place to live; outline where the council is performing well; where things could improve; and what services should be prioritised in the future.

A representative sample of residents will be invited to take part in a telephone survey to allow key data to be collected.

Meanwhile, an online survey will be available for the wider general public and paper copies can be obtained from local libraries.

Follow-up focus groups will take place, too, and ensure all residents and key community partners have the chance to put forward their views.
