Praise for 'fantastic' record on discharge

Strong performance by health partnership
Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) has been applauded for maintaining its strong level of performance on delayed discharge.
Data has shown the area had just 7.9 delayed patients per 100,000, as of late May - a figure comfortably below the Scottish Government target of 34.6.
It was also ranked in first position for standard delays from April 2024 to March 2025, prompting senior officials and elected members to commend the organisation for its “fantastic” record at the integration joint board on Friday.
