Zoe Richard-Campbell says that St Mirren Women have given her a platform to enjoy football again, as well as making family members proud.

The Saints midfielder joined the club last summer after spending two seasons at Stenhousemuir, being part of their title-winning squad.

But after a lack of minutes at the Falkirk club, a move to Renfrewshire was the step she needed as she wanted to fall back in love with football - a platform head coach Kate Cooper could provide.

Several long-term injuries, including that of club captain Helen MacLeod, means Zoe has not been able to replicate Stenny's title-winning success, but says she has relished the opportunity to step up during a challenging time.
