Boss Quigley says restoring Renfrew to the Premier Division made 2025 one to remember

Renfrew boss Jimmy Quigley says 2025 was a year to remember for him and Renfrew FC after they returned to the Premier Division.

The 'Frew boss and his management staff oversaw the club's return to the top division of the West of Scotland Football League, where they joined fellow Renfrewshire teams Johnstone Burgh and Arthurlie.

Quigley joined Renfrew in 2021 - and in that time has overseen two promotions in four-and-a-half years — and says it has been a whirlwind of a time at the club.

Despite 2025 finishing off on a poor note, having lost to three big sides in Johnstone Burgh, Auckinleck Talbot and University of Stirling, the 'Frew boss isn’t allowing it to detract from a memorable year.
