Mossvale was under attack

Detectives were on the hunt for vandals who tried to destroy Paisley's Mossvale Primary School.

The Fullerton Street school was broken into at about 8 o'clock during an August 1975 night.

Equipment from the Infants department, desks, chairs, and papers were piled high in classroom one and the school’s assembly hall was set alight before the intruders fled.
