Jobs fair for young people

February is a good time for Renfrewshire jobseekers, officials have said, with vacancies across most sectors.

Chiefs at Paisley Job Centre say there are a number of opportunities for people across a range of industries, particularly those looking for entry-level positions.

Stacey Buys, Renfrewshire employer and partnership manager at the job centre, said a number of apprenticeships are available with organisations such as Renfrewshire Council and Glasgow Airport businesses.

She told the Express: "Right now, we're seeing vacancies across almost every sector, including a wide range of apprenticeship opportunities.
