Security company secure deal for council buildings

A contract for the reactive repair and maintenance of CCTV and alarm systems in Renfrewshire Council buildings has been approved.
Councillors authorised awarding the deal - worth up to. a maximum value of £1.4 million -to security specialist Dalkia Scotshield at a meeting of the finance, resources and customer services policy board.
The initial two-year agreement is expected to begin in July, with the local authority holding an option to extend for up to a year on two separate occasions.
