Sisters trapped in elevator for 2 hrs, rescued by firemen

Two sisters were rescued by the Fire Services department after being trapped for nearly two hours in a lift at a four-storey commercial plaza on Giriroad under Baidyanathpur police limits Monday.
Saudamini Meher, 42, and her sister Sarita Meher, 40, residents of Third Line in Brajanagar, were using the lift between the third and fourth floors of KVR Plaza when it suddenly malfunctioned and stopped midway.
