Padhee reviews Kalinganagar industrial corridor progress

Additional Chief Secretary to the Housing and Urban Development department and Chairperson of IDCO Usha Padhee Wednesday reviewed the progress of the Kalinganagar National Industrial Corridor (KNIC) in Jajpur district, with emphasis on accelerating industrial expansion along with urban infrastructure development.

During her visit, Padhee held detailed discussions with the District Collector, officials of the Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO) and the District Investment Promotion Agency (DIPA).

The deliberations centred on streamlining land allocation, strengthening infrastructure provisioning, and ensuring industrial growth is aligned with essential urban services.
