Majhi: Not 24 yrs, a lot can be done in 24 mins

Addressing the media here ahead of completing one year in governance in the state, Majhi said just minutes after the oath-taking ceremony June 12 last year, the first Cabinet meeting approved four major public welfare decisionslaunch of Subhadra Yojana, an additional ₹800 for the purchase of paddy per quintal besides the MSP, opening all four gates of the Srimandir and the creation of a corpus fund of ₹500 crore for the temple’s development.

“One does not need 24 years to better lives of people. A lot can be done within 24 minutes. There should be will-power to do public service,” Majhi said, adding that his government strongly believes in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mantra of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Viswas and Sabka Prayas’.
