BMC to begin dog census

The initiative has been welcomed by animal activists in the City.

According to reports, the decision to conduct the dog census was taken during BMC’s 32nd General Council Meeting held June 25. Speaking about the initiative, BMC Additional Commissioner Ratnakar Sahoo said, “The blueprint for the dog census is ready and it will likely begin next week.
