GOLANTHARA SHAME
The Biju Janata Dal (BJD) has demanded stringent action in the heinous abduction and gang-rape of two minor girls under Golanthara police limits in Ganjam district, official sources said Saturday.
A BJD delegation, comprising former minister Snehangini Chhuria, former MP Rajashree Mallick, Berhampur Mayor Sanghamitra Dalai, former district president Subhash Maharana, met Berhampur superintendent of police (SP) Saravana Vivek M and submitted a memorandum in this regard.
