Turkish food palace about to open near Showcase

TURKISH delights will be on the menu at a new restaurant opening near Nottingham's Showcase Cinema.

Anatolian Palace has taken over an empty unit, previously the home of Chiquito. The Mexican restaurant closed down in May 2023 due to spiralling costs, and the building went on the market. It has now been revamped inside and out.
Chiquito shut at the same time as Frankie & Benny's, which has since been knocked down, leaving an empty space. The complex, off Redfield Way, currently boasts US burger chain Five Guys and a branch of Nando's.
An opening date for Anatolian Palace has yet to be announced.
