Suspect is charged after man’s body found at home

A SUSPECT has been charged with manslaughter after a man was found dead in his home in Mansfield Woodhouse on August 17.
Detectives launched an investigation after a 58-year-old man, Phillip Stanley, was found dead in his home on Newhaven Avenue, Mansfield Woodhouse, just after 6pm. Mr Stanley is alleged to have suffered a head injury during an assault on August 16.
Jak Weisztort, 29, was arrested on Tuesday, remanded in custody and, yesterday was charged with manslaughter.
