Spectacular lights show at historic Wollaton Hall

THERE'S a surprise around every corner at this year's Winter Light Trail in Nottingham's Wollaton Park.

Baubles, Christmas trees, animals and fairy-tale scenes illuminate the grounds on the mile-long walk with the historic Elizabethan house as the centrepiece.

Families looking for festive fun will find sparkling photo opportunities such as a glittering gold frame with a Santa's hat, Hansel and Gretel's gingerbread house, Santa's sleigh, angel wings and a tunnel of red hearts.
