|May 05, 2025
FIVE new business units have been given the green light at a major business park, developers have announced.
-
The latest phase at Stud Brook Business Park in Castle Donington will sit alongside the park’s existing Starbucks drive-through and recently opened Sainsbury's Local store.
Planning permission was granted for the trade counter and warehouse units, ranging from 3,229 sq ft to 4,606 sq ft in size, earlier this month.
The units will wrap around the existing Starbucks which is at the front of the business park.
