New range as Birds flies to Ruddington with new branch

HOT sausage cobs and caramel doughnuts are on sale at Ruddington’s new Birds Bakery.

The shop opened in the High Street unit formerly occupied by Coral bookies on Friday.
The chain was founded in Derby in 1919 by three brothers and the new branch sells a lunch range including the Bird club filled roll and the ham and tomato cheese-topped bap, as well as two new salad bowls.
