How music can soothe, unite and bring hope

THE crowds were immense in Hockley this week to catch sight of Dave. He released a new album recently named “The Boy who played the Harp” - number 1 in many different countries today.

The crowds demonstrated how much love and appreciation there is for Dave's music. I have always admired Dave's genius ability in writing song lyrics, I can sit with one line for a ages mulling over different layers of meaning and significance.

The lyrics of this album continue to demonstrate this genius ability, sharing a deep insight into someone's inner struggles in life as well as raising important questions about the world around us.

Dave is a unique storyteller, expressing pain and challenging injustice seeing things from different perspectives.
