A NEW supermarket and drive-through are being planned at a historic Nottinghamshire landmark.
Plans have been submitted for the final stage of regenerating the former Clipstone Colliery, with landowner Welbeck Estate revealing its intention for a discount supermarket, a day nursery and vets, a drive-through coffee shop, a modern care home, and assisted-living accommodation for over-55s around the headstocks.
