HE PLEADS GUILTY TO 'SERIOUS' CHARGES

- By MARTIN NAYLOR

A FORMER director of operations at the Environment Agency bought and sold drugs to use in so-called "chemsex".

Mark Sitton Kent pleaded guilty to what prosecutor Thomas Welshman called "serious drug offences" including being concerned in the supply of amphetamine.

The 57-year-old divorced father-of-two, of Kneesall, New ark, arrived unrepresented to be sentenced for his crimes at Nottingham Crown Court this week.

But after long discussions with the prosecutor and judge, he instead chose to be represented and his case was adjourned.
