Empty former Wilko store is under offer

A NEW business could move into the unit where Wilko used to be located in Nottingham city centre, almost two years after the store's closure.

The building at 20 Lower Parliament Street is now "under offer". This comes almost two years after Wilko closed its doors in the autumn of 2023 after the Worksop-based retailer collapsed into administration. The building has since stood empty, blighted by graffiti and litter on its doorst
