Emotional return for ballad master

LEWIS Capaldi made two appearances in Nottingham on Friday, the first on the roof of West Bridgford's Aldi and the second before a sold out Motorpoint Arena, showing that he has without doubt rediscovered the fun of playing live music.

Having cemented his status as one of the UK's biggest talents with his emotional ballads, many will remember when he famously battled Tourette's during a Pyramid Stage slot at Glastonbury in 2023, which had most of the crowd in tears but singing along to support him.
