A man has been charged with rape. Speculation could collapse the case ... is that what you want?

THIS week the Nottingham Post and Nottinghamshire Live published a story saying a man had been charged with rape in a park in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

As is common practice, the man has been named by police - Sheraz Malik, 27, of Bath Street in the town.
