Karisma Kapoor's children take Priya Kapur to court

The children of late Sona Comstar chairman Sunjay Kapur and his ex-wife, actor Karisma Kapoor, have taken his third wife Priya Kapur to court over the division of his personal estate.

According to the petition filed in the Delhi High Court, a copy of which Mint has seen, Kapoor's children—Samaira and Kiaan—have contested the validity of a will used to transfer Sunjay Kapur's assets.

The children said through the petition that they have not yet seen a copy of the will despite repeated requests, and have requested the court to grant them one-fifth share of his personal estate.

The petition, which is likely to be heard on Wednesday, names Priya, her son Azarius Kapur, Sunjay's mother Rani Kapur and the will's executor Shradha Suri Marwah, managing director of Subros, an auto component manufacturer, as defendants.

Taylor Swift's new album is unfailingly vanilla

Inthe lead-up to Taylor Swift's 12th studio album The Life of a Showgirl, bakery chain Baked by Melissa released a special limited-edition set of cupcakes inspired by the world’s biggest pop star. Itwas one of many brand tie-ins and corporate activations that have accompanied the album’s release, evidence—if any was needed—that Swift is a commercial juggernaut. The cupcakes, with packaging full of Swift-lore Easter eggs, come in two variants—vanilla, with either a “teal” or “orange” icing.
