I am a Hindu non-resident Indian based in UK, living with my husband. We have no children and remaining members of my family and relatives live in India. We are in the process of making our will involving certain assets in UK and India.
We have presumed that you both are Hindus. We have also assumed that you both have various movable and immovable properties located in the UK as well as in India.
Considering that you both do not have any Class-I legal heirs other than the two of you, you may consider making a 'mutual will' bequeathing to the survivor the entire assets or two separate wills in favor of each other, and after your demise to any other beneficiaries whom you desire.
