The Delhi High Court’s division bench on Friday declined to stay a single-judge order that allows Indian drugmaker Dr Reddy’s Laboratories (DRL) to domestically manufacture and export semaglutide, the blockbuster weight-loss and diabetes drug, to countries where it is not under patent protection.
The higher bench refused interim relief to Novo Nordisk, which had sought to block Dr Reddy's from manufacturing and exporting the drug.
