Couple found dead at home on the same day

A COUPLE were both found dead on the same day at a flat in Pontypridd, an inquest has heard.

Nicola Louise Vaughan, 37, and Alex Michael Knowles, 30, were both found dead in the bedroom of a flat on March 24, 2024.

An inquest into their deaths at Pontypridd Coroner's Court heard how in the early hours of the morning of March 23, 2024 an ambulance attended the property at Pinewood View, Glyncoch after Mr Knowles was found to be unconscious and having difficulty breathing.

Paramedics administered naloxone and he regained consciousness but refused any further intervention from the medical crew or to be taken to hospital.
