Pontypridd Coroner's Court
-
A FIVE-MONTH-OLD baby died of sudden unexplained death in infancy, a coroner has ruled.
Pontypridd Coroner's Court heard Leo Shaun Williams was pronounced dead on November 12, 2023, at his family's home in Tonyrefail.
Coroner Gaynor Kynaston said the boy had been born at 37 weeks' gestation and had shortly afterwards been diagnosed with plagiocephaly and torticollis on the right side.
Torticollis refers to when the head becomes twisted to one side and is painful to move.
