Stray dogs shot inside campus

The Central Philippine University (CPU) here has condemned the alleged shooting of two stray dogs inside its campus.

"CPU strongly condemns any act of cruelty against animals," said the Office of University President Rev. Dr. Ernest Howard B. Dagohoy in a statement on Friday, May 30.

"As a Christ-centered institution grounded in compassion and respect for life, CPU does not tolerate violence in any form, especially against innocent and defenseless creatures," the statement added.
