South Korean fugitive arrested in Pasay City

A South Korean national, who is wanted in his country for kidnapping, has been arrested by the Bureau of Immigration (BI) in Pasay City.
BI Commissioner Joel Anthony M. Viado identified the fugitive as Jang Seongwoong, 47, who has been in the bureau’s wanted list for deportation since 2021 for being an undesirable alien.
