Palace appoints new DOE usecs

The Office of the President (OP) has issued the appointment of two new undersecretaries at the Department of Energy (DOE)—Mylene C. Capongcol and Mario C. Marasigan, Manila Bulletin has learned.

Both have been promoted from their ranks as assistant secretaries of the department and had risen organically from the ranks.

Prior to this new role, Capongcol was the assistant secretary overseeing the renewable energy (RE) sector, while Marasigan was the one in-charge of the electric power industry.
